August evening fishing can be spectacular! By this time of the year the lake is like a gasoline engine firing on all cylinders. Chinook Salmon, Coho Salmon, Rainbow Trout and Lake Trout are regular catches. This is also the time of the year when the lake’s biggest Chinook Salmon are caught.
There are a few different styles of fishing trips available during this time of the year. Some flexibility can be advantageous and we will offer the best case scenario for catching fish.
Rainbow Trout start to really bite as the lake temperatures increase. August and September are peak periods for Offshore Rainbows.
